Sista utdelningen denna månad, det är Bonheur som står för den. Mina 1 200 akter resulterade i 2 681 kr netto. Detta är ingen aktie som ligger i en positiv trend minst sagt, men jag är oerhört långsiktig och tar mer än gärna emot utdelningar under tiden.
Bonheur ASA, a holding company, is massively undervalued. Primarily because a large asset is Rig-company and the market doesn’t bother to analyse the rest. It has has low level of leverage and currently trades at P/B of 0,4. Today it sold 49% of its 430mw wind-farm in UK and receives approximately 3billion NOK. The company market value is 2,3 billion NOK and the transaction doesn’t much change the stock price.
